Directions:
In Eufaula-OK-take HWY 9 East 4 miles to WA Stephens RD- (watch for Auction and Cedar Pointe signs) then South 1 mile to Van Allen Rd tehn East to Cedar Ridge RD and then South to HOUSE-Watch for signs
From the East:At the stoplight where I-540 comes into Pocola, head west towards Spiro on hwy 9. You will continue on hwy 9 all the way. After Spiro, you will go through Keota, Stigler and Whitefield. After you cross part of Lake Eufaula, you will see a blue water tower to the right labeled LONGTOWN. This is the unofficial name of the community where the house is located.
As you are reaching the west edge of the community, watch for a painted sign on your left that says “Cedar Pointe Estates”. If you reach the Highway 9 – 9A interchange, you have gone past your turn. I believe there is a yellow convenience store on the right just before your left turn.
Turn left onto W. A. Stevens Road and proceed one mile, and
Turn left onto Van Allen Road and travel for 1/3 mile, then
Turn right into Cedar Pointe Estates II development
When you reach a big red barn, the road will curve, continue on until you see the
very large, one story, stucco and rock house on your left.
There is a field with a metal storage facility directly across the street. (on your right)
The house has a dark gray, or black shingle roof.
It has a U shaped, white textured, concrete driveway with lighted brown brick posts on either side of each of the two entrances. The house is on 4 lots and the road curves in front of it.
From the West:Head East out of Eufaula on Highway 9
When you reach the Highway 9 – 9A interchange,
Continue on Highway 9 East for approximately 100 yards
There is a painted sign “Cedar Pointe Estates”
Turn South (right) onto W. A. Stevens Road and proceed one mile
and Turn East (left) onto Van Allen Road and travel for 1/3 mile
Turn South into Cedar Pointe Estates II development
